Join us for free classes at the Tower Barracks Physical Fitness Center! Also learn about the supporting community services available. Free demonstrations and consultations with personal trainers are also included on Fitness Day.

Fitness Day Class Schedule

8 a.m. Sessions: 

  • Cycling -- Basketball Court 1
  • Zumba -- Exercise Room

9 a.m. Sessions: 

  • Bike Fit -- Basketball Court 2
  • Pound Fitness -- Exercise Room

10 a.m. Sessions:

  • Functional Fitness -- Functional Fitness Area
  • Zumba -- Exercise Room

11 a.m. Sessions:

  • Yoga -- Basketball Court 2
  • Pound Fitness -- Exercise Room

Noon Session:   

  • Zumba -- Exercise Room

Fitness Day Service Sessions

  • 8:15-8:45 a.m.: Fitness Routine Timing and Implementation
  • 9-9:30 a.m.: Performance Based Nutrition
  • 9:45-10:15 a.m.: Mental Health Benefits of Physical Activity
  • 10:30-11:15 a.m.: STIs and Tobacco
  • 11:30 a.m.-12:15 p.m.: Performance Based Fitness
