Join us at the Arts and Crafts Center on Rose Barracks for our intermediate course on wheel throwing.
During this four-week course you will improve your skills in wedging clay, centering on the wheel and different altering techniques while working on the potter’s wheel.
4 week class / 6 - 8:30 p.m.
April 4, 11, 18 & 25
Participants will receive a card with wheel throwing certification to use the wheels during studio hours.
Ceramics Open Studio Hours:
Monday: closed
Tuesday: 1 - 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday: closed
Thursday: 9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Friday: 9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Saturdays: 10:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
***when classes ARE NOT being held.
Cost
$185 per person, paid in full on first day of class.
Fee includes clay, glazing, firing and instruction.
Registration Information
Previous completion of "Introduction to Wheel Throwing" class required.
First come first serve. If spaces are available same day registration is possible.
4 person minimum sign up, 6 person maximum class size.
Open to ages 16 & up. 16 & 17 year olds need a parent present.
